Initial Comments:
An onsite follow-up survey conducted on May 2, 2019, found that Aveanna Healthcare, had corrected the following deficiencies cited under 28 Pa. Code, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart G. Chapter 601. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a re-licensure survey completed on December 11, 2018.
